Our professional development training focuses on the theory behind building a powerful master schedule and quickly transition to practical examples, usable templates and timelines that the beginning master scheduler will find invaluable and the experienced master scheduler will be able to utilize and add to their master scheduling tool belt.

Our Beginning Master Schedule Workshop for Middle School leaders will first focus on the theory behind schedule building and then how to build a schedule that is representative of your school’s mission and vision, while honoring student voice and choice around class selection. Basic master schedule building templates will be provided along with straight-forward guidelines that you can put to use in creating a powerful schedule for your students, teachers and school right away. Master Schedulers with little to no scheduling building experience are the primary focus of this training.

Our Advanced Master Schedule Workshop for Middle School leaders builds on the C.L.I.M.B. you started in our Beginning course - it provides students with an opportunity to network with other Middle school leaders to share best practices and problem-solve scheduling scenarios. Participants will be given access to additional Master schedule building tools and templates that will make your scheduling tasks more focused and strategic. Master Schedulers who have 1-2 years of schedule building experience are the primary focus of this training.
